The production line consists of a high-speed drip coffee inner and outer bag packaging machine and an automatic cartoning machine. The high-speed drip coffee packaging machine has a speed of up to 70 bags/minute, which is suitable for accurate packaging of drip coffee.
The inner bag can be equipped with nitrogen fresh-keeping packaging, and the outer bag can be customized with aluminum foil or composite materials to ensure sealing and flavor retention.
The linked cartoning box machine automatically completes counting, stacking, box opening, filling and sealing, and supports flexible configuration of boxing 5~30 boxes per minute.
The entire line is equipped with PLC control system to realize full process automation from packaging to boxing, which is efficient and energy-saving and meets food-grade standards.
